Citizen claims a city employee in white 4 dr vehicle with municipal plates passed him on Grimes heading toward Henderson and caused him to run off the road. Says driver gave him the finger.
Citizen says that either trash or recycling truck keeps running into his yard. He lives on a cul-de-sac, and apparently the trucks back down to exit because they can't turn around. He wants to know if the trucks can stop before his yard so that they don't back over it. Browning Ct. is in Sherwood Oaks
