The potholes around town are pretty bad. Hopefully y'all are going to get those repaired now that the weather might be getting better. (There are so many I can't possibly list them all here.)
There are 2 traffic lights on High Street (at 2nd Street and at Hillside) where the southbound left turn signal activates even if there is no one there, and even if no one has triggered the sensor on the street. Thus, going NORTH on High Street (as I do every morning), I'm stuck at both lights longer than necessary when no one going south is actually in those turn lanes. I've called in several times over the past few years about this, and nothing has been done. The first time I was told y'all were waiting on sensors. I'm wondering if those are taking years to arrive, or if there's another issue. Can someone either explain why these lights are set up this way or get them fixed, please??

The city did some work on Browncliff lane (near house number 2403) many months ago, but they did not finish the job. There is a huge indentation in the road that is difficult to drive over. Since this hole appeared, my car has suffered multiple maintenance issues, including a flat time and also a problem with the oil filter apparatus. Of course it is impossible to know if these were caused by the road condition, but driving over this large, sharp-edged bump multiple times a day is definitely not good for our vehicle (or our neighbor's cars). it would be wonderful if the job could be finished soon, now that we appear to be entering into spring.
The street drain cover at the north east corner of our building in the "alley" just west of the Kroger gas station has sunken about a foot! Cars catch their tires. In direct line with said drain the ground above the storm water drain pipe has fallen away and created a 2-3 sinkhole! This is next to the guard rail along Jackson Creek. Ditch behind our condo has been overflowing with trash from Sare Road and possibly Hyde Park Village. Last year we had 2 carp wash over, as well as a hardware cloth screen approximately 2'X4' and buckets of construction waste. This year we have a christmas tree and several 3-4'boards as well as another 1/2 ton of gravel! I am not sure where any of this comes from but it is unsanitary and eroding our yard. My address is 2724 South McCartney Lane. Others may have reported this. The neighbors are concerned.
A few weeks ago workers put new tunnels for water flow under the road of Browncliff (downhill) and left the road in a very rough pothole state. Since then they have not been back. They should have come back right when it happened and should have not let it sit here for months to wait. Could you please look into it and send out a crew whenever weather permits. Thanks for your attention.
