uReport Case #210299 Attn: Jeff Yutmeyer I want to re-open this case because when I went to the rear of my yard this afternoon, I saw that Xfinity/Comcast, cut the cable from my house and let it drop into the thorn bushes. This presents more of a fire hazard because there is a layer of dry leaves on the ground; the cable is still attached to the electrical pole. I have volunteered for the Adopt- A-Drain program for the past three years. My assigned drains are at the Rockport and W Pinehurst Dr and W Pinehurst Dr. and S Southern Pines Ct. I have been cleaning asphalt from the drains for quite some time. It seems to be getting worse. The chunks have been large and small. The streets have been deteriorating for some time now. The rabid deterioration is noticeable to the casual observer. I would appreciate if you would take a look at this area and perform your magic. Thank you very much for the work you do.

Black flakes in my water that leave a greasy residue. I last reported this issue on March 16, 2026. The issue is not consistent but seems to pop up randomly which makes it a threat as it is easy not to notice when I am potentially showering with it, washing with it, and even drinking it. Photo shows the black residue left after filling my bathtub with water only. Quarter for scale. Note: I re-submitted to include my address

On Monday evening (4 May, ~10:30pm), we watched an East Asian-looking male tenant at this address use a City trash bin to transport trash from his residence down the street for three blocks, where he transferred it into the dumpster at 800 N. Grant. He made at least four trips, each time with the trash bin piled high with trash bags. The next day, this was reported to the property manager at 800 N. Grant (Pavilion), who said need evidence to move forward. We are wondering if this should have been reported to the police at the time or if instead a report to HAND is advised or if just contacting the property owner is sufficient or if photos should have been taken at the time. This is something that happens fairly often with dumpsters in the area. Seems like a form of trespassing.
