This is what I was left with, after your recycle gang "emptied" it on Thursday morning. The trash crew always gets here about 2 hours earlier than the recycle truck, and that was still full when I left home at 6:15 am.

I live at 3260 Southern Oaks dr there is a cover not on /missing on a water valve at 3256 Southern oaks dr. My neighbor has hit it with his lawn mower and destroyed 2 of them see rust in the picture of the last hit this year. They are Chinese I believe here affiliated with IU. I have tried to put this lid back on and it seems to be not the lid for this or there is another reason it will not fit. It is a trip hazard right next to the sidewalk. This car has been abandoned in front of my home at 1587 S. Ira St. Bloomington, IN 47401. It has not been moved in months, since the students moved out. It is full of stuff and is blocking my unit.

This house hasn’t cut their grass since new people moved in. Excessive weed growth has resulted.
The city planted new grass/sod all along Rockport near Rockport/Tapp intersection and hasn’t cut the grass one time in this stretch of Rockport.
