The stormwater drain on the street (east side) is crumbling and caving in. I placed the loose concrete on the hole to prevent things from falling in. Asphalt is also leaning in toward the drain.
Deep pothole at the corner of E Sheridan drive and E 1st Street Nearest home address is 835 E First. Pothole is on the opposite side of the street, as you turn right to go from 1st street to Sheridan.
The water fountain for the dog park at switchyard is not working.
Case #210393 needs to be reopened. Duke was putting ruts back in the same spot that was repaired and growing well. I went out and took some pictures of the damage done(attached). Duke was there on June 16th inspecting a telephone pole. Then on the 17th, parked a work truck there creating new ruts. If this is going to be a pattern by Duke, maybe they need to install concrete pads on both side of the telephone pole for the trucks to park on... There is a pot hole in the bike lane which caused me to crash my e scooter.
Please paint the new speedbump on rogers bright yellow or with stripes. I do not think that the signs are visible enough, especially at night.
There is a large hole in the road. It's very close to the crosswalk along rogers, and right in the path (no sidewalk here) on the side of Graham. Someone could step in it and break their ankle.
On the Southeast corner of 6th street and Lincoln street a parking meter is completely blocked by overgrown weeds and shrubbery. This needs to be cut down so that the parking meter is fully visible. Thank you.
