The house next to my property has some new people in it. I do not know if they are the new owners or they are just renting but they are running a daycare business out of the home. There are at least 10 kids being dropped off and picked up each day. Vehicles block my driveway in the evenings. Is this legal? Can they run this out of their home? I came home from work today, 7.31 and my baby sitter said there were people openly using drugs at B and T park. when she asked them to put it away, they threatened to fight her. some of the cardboard is still there and u can see the marks where many people are sleeping.
