Car blocking sidewalk every evening and weekends. Difficult for neighbors to walk, push strollers and with little kids on bikes. The house owner rents out rooms and has limited parking available. One car parks on the street which breaks HOA rules. They could all fit in the driveway and share keys if a car needs moved. The address is 4301 cricket knoll. The owner is Megan Utley.
