Chronic drainage problem. Water remains in lane of traffic several weeks after a rain. Corner of S Mitchell & E University. Third time this has been reported. Thnx.

Pedestrian lights and controls do not work correctly for any corner of the College Mall - Covenanter insection. For example, there are no pedestrian lights at all for the SW corner, none EW on the SE corner. There in no EW on the NW corner. The effect is that pedestrians cannot cross College Mall from W to E. Please fix immediately before someone is hurt badly.
