See previous reported and closed #214590. The electronic metronome (or whatever they are using that is making a repetitive, loud clanking noise) that can be heard over half a mile away, and still disturbing even with windows and doors closed, must stop. It is disturbing the peace and comfort of many homes.

Grate missing from storm drain in west bound lane
There have been several instances in downtown Bloomington on College and Walnut that vehicle drivers are completely ignoring the traffic signals and going thru intersections that have solid red lights at high rates of speed. I use the crosswalks downtown almost everyday and no one is monitoring traffic. Someone needs to start monitoring the rate of speed and running redlights downtown.
This is the third time I have submitted a concern about the dead tree limbs on our street. I have never had an issue with someone responding before so I’m not sure if there’s a problem with the system not being processed. Please advise. Vertessa
Whoever is mowing the B-line up north of 7th St needs to slow down! Traveling and maneuvering way too quickly for a trail.
