City employee W2s need to stop being sent in the mail with only a tiny (1/4” at most) sliver of tape sealing the envelope. This contains critical information including SSNs, wages, etc. that are sensitive info. They always show up delivered torn, not sealed, or completely open because the envelopes are not sealed at all. Please address this going forward with a simple glue stick or finger wet pad.
