Tenant says parking lot and grassy areas have trash scattered all over. Large chunks glass from a broken window in front of units 5,6, 13 & 14. Much is now covered by snow, but can see glass if you get out of vehicle (be careful where you park). Tenant reported problem to landlord, but he said it is not his problem.

The sidewalks at the 300 block of S. Wahington (old master rental bldg) have not been cleared since the last snow. (seven days ago)

Sidewalks overgrown between High Street and the school with brush, the children, the children can't walk on the sidewalk.

From 2500 to 2600 N. Kinser, north of West Skyline, and West Parrish, behind Marsh, all sidewalks still covered with snow and can not be walked on, kids walking in the streets, in danger
The sidewalk along Driscoll between Park and Hillside has not been shoveled.
The Matt Press development on S. Dunn has not shoveled the sidewalks.
