There is a mobile home behind 2400 S. Madison the is not habitable. The porch is falling in and the white underpinning is falling off. The grass has been cut and the neigbor at 2400 S. Madison found a snake in her kitchen.
Received email from the planning dept. The uncontainered trash bags around the back wall of 809 S. Fess are an increasing nuisance on our block. When I complain to the students, they clean up the alley a bit but do not put out their trash weekly. The raccoons, rats, ect. get into it and carry bits of garbage around the back alley, where my toddler and I like to walk. This week is a typical example of what is lying around back there. Trash in both front and back yards, blowing into neighbors'yards.
Scattered litter in the yard. Boxes on the porch at 522 S. Park. Fatih Akin building a second house behind 714 E. 2nd Street; making a huge mess.
A woman named Chris left a voice mail message that stated that there is a pile of trash on this property for months and it is unsightly.
