Yorktown apt. have moved their dumpsters and the neighbors are not happy. Trash is blowing everywhere.

Caller stated that there is trash and food in the yard of 1023 W. 7th St. and furn. at 1025 W. 7th St. Citizen will call back in two weeks to see what the status is, they did not want to leave name or number becuase the owners of 7th might get it.
