Barb Ooley wrote as representative of L. A. Merry & Assoc. to request adjustment for wastewater charges for month of October 2003. She requested hearing before USB Administrative Subcommittee.
Letter states that water line broke and was damaging her property. Even though water line was not on her property, she repaired the problem and is now requesting reimbursement for the repair bill.
Letter states his basement was flooded. Several days later he noticed that toilet was leaking. He turned off that water. He is claiming adjustment on bill for sewage that did not go through drain and a review by USB.
Citizen called in a stated that there is approx. 12 bags of trash in front of this house, no stickers and the residents just keep adding to the pile. Trash has been out for over 3 weeks. Santitation has left notices for no stickers
