Caller states that half way down Clifton is a big pile of trees possibly on city property. Also having major problem with rats in the area and around the brush pile. (you will have to call Cates to see where on Clifton)
Street has overgrown trees and bushes making it hard to drive on the street. Mr. Hillenburg parks on Alexander St. since he cannot park on Adams St.
The citizen states that his neighbor puts her trash out at least 5-6 days in advance. Her trash pickup date is Wednesday but she has had it out since last Friday. He has called in before about this problem and it was taken care of. He did not know who he talked to before and I could not find anything in the system.
