The alley that runs behind his home, between Hilside and Wilson is gravel, and when they have a heavy rain the gravel is washed out into wilson Street. Mr. Pitman stated that the alley is in terrible shape and is very difficult to drive on

Monday/faxed 9-20-01/ddh Warning: Very irate/ He did not put stickers on trash- he blames City - we left him a notice/he has not had time to get the "stupid" tags but wants us to pick it up since it is our fault:?? Wants a call if we are going to pick up.

Missed pick-up/trash: Took sticker off of can - put it into the can and placed it on street but did not come back & pick it up.
