Resident collecting junk, ie cars, freezers, frigs, etc. in the back yard by the alley. He brings junk into the yard via semi truck. He has been digging a foundation against the house; possibly for more storage. Front porch full of junk too.
Two vehicles in front and two vehicles in back have not been moved (inoperable) for a long time.
The grass is never cut and all of the neighbors would like to have something done.
Missed pick-up/yard waste
Missed pick-up/trash: Due to construction on Buckner & Davisson residents put out trash on 3rd It wasn't picked up. Could we pick up?

Trash left on the sidewalk and animals have torn the trash apart.
