Complaintant states that the problem is at an interection and he didn't know the exacy address. It is at the intersection of E. 5th St. and N. Clark St. there are trees blocking the N. view for buses that drive this area. They can not see oncoming traffic because of these trees.

APARTMENTS DO NOT PICK UP RECYCLING: Citizen said tht he receives recycling services but not trash. They are tow 8 unit buildings. They should not be gettng any sanitation services. Please instruct you crews to not pick up recycling. I'll send a letter to owners.
