The tenant phoned to file a complaint that his grass needs to be mowed. The landlord is responsible for mowing the grass and it is at least a foot high on the side and back of the property.

Ms Cervone stated that the roof leaks and is coming down in her daugthers bedroom and other parts of the house, electrical wiring is not safe, sewer backs up, garage door has fallen down, which she has had to secure, receptacles not working in her bedroom. Complaint inspection has been sch for May 30, 2000 @ 12:00
