At the corner of East 7th/Clark on the s.w. side the easement has not been mowed.

When you are traveling east on Miller Drive and approach the intersection with Maxwell Street, you cannot see the stop sign due the foliage surrounding it. The lot is next to 1254 E. Miller Drive.
