Customer has had problem with aerators clogging. House is about 4yrs old. Sediment is chunky chalky white.

NE corner of Palmer & Allen St. there is a house that has broken down car parked in the front of it. Newspapers were also piled on top of the car and the lawn. The house is trashed. Mr. Livingston stated that he called previously regarding this matter. However, I saw no paperwork completed to reflect this.
