Sorry, this was the closest category I could find for my concern. On Kingston Drive, across from the Mall entrance where the Bloomington Transit bus stop is, and also across from the Target parking lot (side of the building), near the pedestrian crossing from the Current parking garage to the Target parking lot, there are big stones that have fallen into the road, coming from the slanted side at the foot of the parking garage. It is right at the bend of the road, so, very hard for motorists to see. And what if one comes tumbling down while a car or cyclist is just passing there? There should be a fence to keep the boulders inside or a heavy net over them, in my opinion. I understand that this is not the responsibility of the Current property owners.
The house at the corner of Clifton and E First Street (I think it is 713 Clifton) often has 2 dogs in the yard that ferociously bark at pedestrians who use the sidewalk there (there is no sidewalk on the other side of the street). I walk there after dark occasionally and the first time they just about gave me a heart attack. I was afraid the German shepherd would jump over the fence and attack me. Maybe something for an animal control officer to take a look at. U report 188709

trash overflowing containers, city will not pick up, spilling into neighborhood
At the intersection of High Street and E Second Street, heading west (I think) there is a sign above the road 'Forbidden for trucks', that is attached to the pole with traffic light signals. The once red rim is totally white now. Maybe it can be replaced by a new sign. Thank you.
Trash overflowing causing it to not be picked up by city for weeks.
Trash build up. Sticks. Is a health issue.
Trash habitually overflowing causing it to not be picked up for weeks.
Cars habitually parked on unimproved surfaces, running a auto repair on residential property, habitually blocking public sidewalk.
