Garbage cans being stored on sidewalk. Have been there for several weeks.

Plastic temporary party fence is strewn all over yard and has been for a couple weeks. Neighbors house is also affected.

The construction remediation materials protecting a storm sewer drain back near the railroad tracks has been disreguarded and run over by the Duke trucks. This is at a low spot and often floods. The staw baffles and warning posts have been flattened by the work equipment. I pointed it out to crew members and they did not show concern or fix it.

This is MY third complaint about this house. I know for a fact other neighbors have complained too. This house is a total junky mess: yard a disaster, junk, old boxes, debris piled everywhere. Backyard never touched by a mower. I cannot believe you can not make them clean this place up. I wonder what they are doing in this house. I will take pictures if I need to.
