lately we've encountered a glitch in the stoplight code at 3rd and landmark. when sitting in the left turn lane at the stoplight on landmark, the crosswalk gets the countdown to stop walking (indicating the light will be changing soon to let cars on landmark go) but then eventually it shows the walk symbol again as if it determined no one is actually waiting for the light after all. this cycle repeats over and over again and the light never changes. today we timed it and it was over 4 minutes before we gave up and turned right.
Tripping hazard. Blue extension cord across sidewalk. Creep sits in his chairs in the parking lane and piles junk on curbs.
There are a couple major potholes on this alley, which runs just south of my house (1004) towards south Roger's. I'd really appreciate it if someone could fill them in at some point. There is one further up he hill which is hard to see in the picture.
One of the city pear trees along the sidewalk outside of our yard dropped a limb.
We have had significant flooding at the intersection of 11th St and Blair Ave for many years. The water is high enough to jump the north curb and flood the sidewalk. What I realized in the last storm is that much of the problem stems from insufficient stormwater inlets upstream. In particular, there are no inlets near the intersection of 11th and Orris Dr, so the water simply follows the road and creates excess drainage demand on the inlets at Blair. We could really use an upgrade to the drainage system along 11th Street and its side roads in this area.

This is still the same issue about the cable wire that has been touching my garage roof since the February tornado. I know that it is not Duke's wire. It has been identified as Comcast's wire by a repair man from QC (Comcast's contractor) on Saturday, April 25, 2026. However, Brandon Austin stated that he cannot remove it without the permission of Comcast. I called the 800 XFINITY number and requested that they remove it asap. Here is my work order #: ECM0021457478. I am very concerned because both transformers on either side of my house have been hit by the recent storms. Today, we are having another storm. Can you help prioritize this situation so that I do not have a fire enabled by the cable wire on my garage? Also, I am NOT a Comcast/Xfinity customer. This wire goes into my basement via a window and has never been in use since I purchased this house in 2020. The wire attaches to the outside pole and is connected to the Comcast system per Brandon, the QC repair man. Thank you, Elida C. Behar Monday, April 27, 2026
School bus driver said someone blew through this intersection today because they may have not seen the stop sign there. He says there are tree limbs blocking the stop sign. Can you can add this intersection to your pruning list please? thank you so much! W 11th St & N Maple St
