The pedestrian signal on the north side of the intersection of 3rd and Walnut appears to not be working. Typically a white pedestrian signal appears but it is not happening at this location. It is the signal for when you are crossing on the north side of the intersection from west to east.

Not sure where to file this one. Inconsiderate and stupid contractors have set up a portable toilet right in the view of everyone walking and driving by, smack dab in the ROW, and on top of that it is blocking a fire hydrant.

The light at 17th and Dee never gives a left turn arrow to the traffic coming north on Fee trying to turn onto 17th.
Tree has fallen into the street on Jackson St between 4th St. and Kirkwood. Large truck hit the branch and the street is blocked.
