Good Morning, I work for Interstate Parking Company and we specialize in managing and leasing lots for different parking locations involving monthly, daily and event parking. I am manager at TRACKS. We run a IU apparel and record store at 415 E. Kirkwood Ave. Every day between 1 and 6 homeless people gather and sit on the limestone planter outside our store. It is having a negative impact on our business and I would like to know if there is any recourse to get them to move on. What are the rules on who can sit on the planter for how long?
