Hey I noticed a change to the left turn arrows on west second street, at Liberty and Walmart. Instead of flashing yellow with 2-way green it's been changed to a red left arrow, as I'm sure you're aware. I'm also sure there's a good reason for it, but I've never seen traffic as backed up trying to enter Walmart as I have the last couple days. And today I sat through a red arrow with 2 greens while there was no one else around, except for the guy across from me, also sitting through a red left arrow. Seems inefficient, and I hope it gets changed back soon. Thanks for your attention!

I have reported this twice, both times it was marked as resolved by Brighten Bloomington. The issue was never resolved fully. It is not only the recurring gravel that is an issue, it is also how far the plants are growing into the sidewalk. Even once the gravel is cleared, the plants still make the sidewalk less than 36 inches wide, so it's not accessible. Photo is from today.
