resident @ this address phoned in that someone dumped trash in front of his townhouse. he does not know who dumped it there; says whoever it is is doing it all over complex. thanks. (was written up for not being tagged)

Back door of property is open. Lots of weeds and overgrowth in back, Swimming pool collapsed and holding stagnant water, many raccoons. Car w/flat tire in front. You may go into complainant's yard to see this property.
