Mowing needed on S.W. corner of Covenanter & College Mall Rd. Coming off Covenanter, it is hard to see the road when turning. Also steet light on Rechter Rd. is burned out.

Vacant lot overgrown. Obstructing vision when pulling out on Covey Ln.

Every time it rains, it ponds on S. Clark St., 5th St.& Jefferson St., and 5th & Overhill Dr.. could we improve this.
