I have witnessed several vehicles in the straight lanes begin to pull through the intersection of 3rd street and College Mall Rd when the 2 turn arrows turn green. I have seen one accident, the turning lanes yield to the car that has mistakenly gone straight on the green arrows, and cars that have began to go through the red lights but then realize only the arrows have turned green. I'm just concerned that there will be more accidents and Im curious if there is a spacing issue with the arrows and the other signals.

Mr. Meetz called on 3/19/15 to report a damaged storm pipe that has separated and is starting to slide down into a drainage ditch. Also, a hole has formed in their yard over the pipe.

The Walnut Grove apartments has temporary signage without a permit.

Road kill: a possum seems to have been hit by a car and is lying dead next to the road.

Large holes as you approach Rt. 45. This road has needed paving for years.

This road has completely fallen apart. Large stretches are literally missing, it's not a pothole. The I-69 trucks have made it even worse.
