I reported this sign being down a while ago after some storms came through and the case was closed/marked complete. The street sign was removed, and it hasn’t ever been reinstalled. Will it be reinstalled?

This one brick is sticking out by about an inch and I trip on it every time I walk by. Please flatten the edge to make it less of a tripping hazard.

The backyard looks like a trash dump and every square inch of the yard and driveway are covered in trash so people there are parking in the alley and blocking access.
