Recycling bins are full and in the sidewalk. pick up was Monday and they’ve been out for 4 days

The turn light on this signal never goes to the flashing yellow. Even when there is a long line of cars. It goes through a normal cycle as if it were a regular light. It causes an abnormal build up of traffic making it hard for anyone to get in the correct lane they intend to be in. It’s been happening for over a week. The traffic will build until a little past the previous light.

Pothole or some other damage to the street on the west side of 8th and Dunn. There seems to be a crack that goes beneath the street.

Restaurant, AmRit, has a locked dumpster in alley. It is overflowing and/or people are just dumping trash around the dumpster. The trash has started to block the alleyway.

Please continue the double yellow line on N Morton St from 6th St all the way up to 11th St. There is a small section that stops at the N Morton St and W 9th St intersection and just past the 8th St intersection. People do not know how to use the space they have available on their side of the road without this.

Opened the tap this morning 10-01-26 and water was yellow! It was not this color yesterday. Looks unsafe to drink. What’s going on? Live in The Stands subdivision off Roger’s Road.

Followup on 214366 Your conclusion: "Thank you for your report. Parks staff will work to inventory invasive bittersweet at Bryan park, and work to manage as resources permit." Given your limited resources, maybe you could hand this off to MC-IRIS and their "weed wranglers." In general, to stretch resources, look to volunteers. One project that's on hold is the "unofficial path" east of the southeast corner of the basketball court---it's a dangerous disgrace. It was too much for the Eagle Scout, but a small bridge across that area wouldn't be impossible for people with the expertise and equipment. Finding them is the issue.
