This tree has struggle the last few years. This year looks like the bell had tolled or at least in the last throws of life. The tree has also developed a severe lean out over the street. Larger trucks including sanitation and deliver have to dodge this tree. Located west of driveway on the Oliver side of this corner lot.

Submitting for a caller to the OOTM--Caller reported a fire hydrant on Euclid Ave and 3rd Street is currently "spewing water".
These appears to be a water line issue , but extensive water is accumulating in various units within the complex
I live in Peppergrass and there is a home on Walnut Street Pike between our neighborhood entrance and the church who seems to have a barnyard full of noisy animals. This includes a rooster who starts crowing at dawn and continues throughout the day. I thought roosters were not allowed in city limits.

Numerous small to medium-sized potholes in the Greenbriar Hills neighborhood, including Greenbriar Lane, Locust Court, Wilton Drive, and Georgetown Road.
The entire property has not been mowed. I believe it is becoming a safety hazard.
