Hello, For the past two weeks, we've had our old trash can out with our new carts on our trash day but it has not been picked up. The website says we have until 10/19 for these to be picked up, and ours is still out on our curb (our trash day is Monday). Please advise on what we should do to get rid of our old trash can. The outdoor lighting issues at 1000 and 1002 East Atwater have not been resolved. It appears that new, brighter lights have been installed in response to the request to have the lighting shielded/corrected so it does not shine into the neighbor's yards and homes.

This light hasn't worked forever and when it did, a candle would have been brighter. Heavy traffic area for people walking their dogs and joggers as well as bikers and this whole street is dark at night with the exception of one street light about a 3rd of the way down, and one at the intersection of Elliston and Bainbridge.
