Attempting to turn left onto Hillside onto Washington is extremely difficult during high traffic times. Contributing to this is the very poor sight line when attempting to see oncoming traffic - the hill up from walnut blocks westbound traffic to a degree, and the porch structure built to the property line at 202 E Hillside makes it very hard to see eastbound traffic. What could be done to make this intersection feel less perilous?
Both Mon. and Tues. (today) the wait to get through the light at E Moores Pike and High Street was extremely long. I travel west on Moores Pike/Hillside every weekday between 8:30am and 9:00am. Today the traffic was backed up all the way to the Moores Pike Roundabout. It \probably took at least 5 cycles of the stop light before I was through that intersection. Note: The last time I reported a similar situation at this stop light, it was a bad sensor. Thank you.
Resident at 4445 E. Moores Pike called to report neighbor's yard waste that piles up next to her property. It's a small pile of brush right now, but in the past has been very large and attracting wasp nests, etc. Neighbor places yard waste next to the old water pump station.
Hello, I'm reaching out on behalf of my employer Hanapin Marketing. We currently reside in the Showers complex at 501 N. Morton Street, and our employees share the Showers Red Parking Lot with County employees. Over the last 6 months, we have all noticed a rise in crime in the parking lot, particularly with theft. I've attached several police reports that have been filed in the last few months to support these claims. These are the incidents that were reported to the police, however, there have been others as well that were never filed. For example, in early January one of our employees had his door handle ripped off his car entirely. We are hoping that the city will notice this trend and assist us in our request to advocate for higher security and/or additional patrols in that area to deter thefts. Please feel free to reach out with any other questions. Best, Pharyne Stephney [email protected]

Case # 158345 has NOT been resolved, but yet Christina Smith has determined to close it. Her response was to have my step-daughter call a phone number to arrange permit payment. Problem being she has called this number numerous times and it is never answered. The bill has not been paid (although we'd love to pay it) so I fail to see how the case can be considered closed. Do I have to call the BBB or seek private counsel to attempt to resolve this? I find it rather annoying that you make it next to impossible for anyone to attempt to do business with you.
There is a dip in the road near this location and a pot hole has developed. The surface of the road needs to be raised to prevent the pot hole from reappering. It was fixed last year but is back again.
